Dear Friends of SLACO: Over the last year with the support of a grant from the Missouri Humanities Council, SLACO has collaborated with the Creative Exchange Lab (CEL), a local design nonprofit, to collect oral histories from stakeholders in neighborhoods that abut the Dr. Martin Luther King Drive in St. Louis.
