The mission of the SLACO Emerging Leaders Institute is to create an equitable and just society by advancing successful practices of younger resident training and engagement. We shall do this with opportunities to further 15 younger citizens participation in public affairs. Improving the quality of life for residents in St. Louis neighborhoods city wide. Emerging Leaders Institute will implement a younger resident-based, City Wide model to engage 15 younger residents in constructive dialogue as a catalyst for tackling citywide neighborhood challenges.
SLACO will complete 20 events for the Emerging Leaders Institute.
