St. Louis, MO – [April 10, 2024] – The St. Louis Association of Community Organizations (SLACO) eagerly invites the community and media to the official launch press conference of the Sundy Whiteside Keeping It Clean Initiative. Scheduled for April 16 at the Carr Central Neighborhood Center at 4:00 PM, this event marks the commencement of an ambitious effort to clean and beautify St. Louis, beginning with Carr Square.
Nahuel Fefer, Executive Director of the Community Development Association, a senior official for Mayor Tashara Jones, Alderman Rasheen Aldridge, and other local dignitaries are invited and scheduled to attend the kick-off event. Their combined presence underscores a firm commitment from community organizations and local government to foster a cleaner, more unified St. Louis.

Kevin McKinney, Executive Director of SLACO, states: “With the Sundy Whiteside Keeping It Clean Initiative, we call upon every resident to play a part in transforming our city.
